DFWAC App Privacy Policy

DFWAC ("we," "us," or "our") is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy when you use our mobile application ("DFWAC" or the "App"). General Access (No Login Required)  Users can explore most areas of the App without logging in. Role-Based Access (Login Required) Certain menus, services, or features may require login. Payment Disclaimer

The App does not process payments directly. Any donation, transaction, or payment- related activity will redirect the user to the official DFWAC website or another authorized secure platform for secure handling.

DFWAC does not collect, process, or store payment card details through the App.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for commercial purposes.

Your information may be disclosed only in limited situations, including the following:

 Third-Party Service Providers

 We may share limited information with trusted service providers who support App operations, hosting, analytics, security, notifications, maintenance, or technical support.

These providers are allowed to access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are expected to protect the information appropriately.

 Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide the App’s services, manage role-based access, support event registration and service functions, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve app performance.

For users who access the App without logging in, non-personal technical data such as device type, operating system, IP address, app usage metrics, logs, crash reports, and diagnostic data may be retained for a limited period for analytics, troubleshooting, security, and performance improvement purposes. This data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

For users who log in to access role-based features, personal information such as name, email address, phone number, role information, event registration details, preferences, participation data, and related service information is retained only while it is required to provide the requested services or while the user’s account or role- based access remains active.

If a user requests deletion of their personal information, DFWAC will delete or anonymize the relevant personal data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, safeguarding, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, audit, or legitimate operational purposes.

Some records may be retained for longer where required by applicable law, government authority, legal process, safeguarding obligations, organizational record- keeping requirements, or to protect the safety and rights of users, DFWAC, or others.
